1. Services
D&E Details provides mobile automotive detailing services, including but not limited to exterior washes, interior cleaning, and detailing packages. Service details and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.
2. Appointments & Scheduling
- All appointments must be scheduled in advance.
- We may require confirmation prior to arrival.
- Arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, or prior appointments.
- Customers must ensure access to the vehicle at the scheduled time.
3. Payment
- Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept only accept cash at this moment
- Prices may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and requested services.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.
- D&E Details reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Vehicle Condition
- Customers must remove personal belongings before service.
- D&E Details is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.
- Heavily soiled vehicles (excessive dirt, pet hair, mold, etc.) may result in additional charges.
6. Service Limitations
- We do not guarantee the removal of all stains, scratches, or imperfections.
- Some issues may be permanent or require specialized services beyond standard detailing.
7. Liability
- D&E Details will take all reasonable care while servicing your vehicle.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including scratches, dents, or worn surfaces.
- Any concerns must be reported immediately upon completion of the service.
8. Weather Conditions
- As a mobile detailing service, appointments may be affected by weather.
- We reserve the right to reschedule in cases of rain, extreme temperatures, or unsafe conditions.
9. Access Requirements
- Customers must provide a safe working environment.
- Access to water and/or electricity may be required unless otherwise stated.
10. Satisfaction Guarantee
- Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.
11. Use of Photos
- D&E Details may take before and after photos for marketing purposes.
- If you do not want your vehicle photographed, please notify us prior to service.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
