2. Do you come to me?
Yes, D&E Details is a fully mobile service. We come to your home, workplace, or preferred location.
3. What do I need to provide?
We may require access to water and/or electricity depending on the service. If you’re unsure, just ask when booking.
4. How long does a detail take?
Service time depends on the package and condition of your vehicle. Most services take between 1–3 hours.
5. How much do your services cost?

6. Do I need to be present during the service?
No, as long as we have access to the vehicle, you do not need to be present.

We accept only cash at the moment.

9. Do you remove all stains and scratches?
We do our best to improve your vehicle’s appearance, but some stains, scratches, or damage may be permanent.

Yes, please remove all personal items before your appointment to ensure a thorough cleaning.
11. Do you charge extra for very dirty cars?
Yes, heavily soiled vehicles (excess dirt, pet hair, etc.) may require additional charges.
12. How do I book an appointment?

13. What if I’m not satisfied with the service?
Your satisfaction matters to us. Let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll make it right.
14. Do you take before and after pictures?
Yes, we may take photos for marketing. Let us know beforehand if you prefer your vehicle not be photographed.
15. How often should I get my car detailed?
For best results, we recommend a detail every 2–4 weeks depending on how often you drive and conditions.
